Role & Responsibilities

• Support and enhance data sets and KPIs used by quality teams across leather goods products.
• Analyze social media and conduct product or thematic studies.
• Access and utilize advanced information systems and tools.
• Manage risk in collection development and ensure quality in both internal and external workshops.
• Provide customer feedback support across all activities.
• Enhance queries to identify relevant posts about product quality using tools like Talkwalker.
• Produce weekly reports on useful social media posts for teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent at a Bac+4/+5 level.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 degree in a relevant field.
