Louis Vuitton is hiring a Public Relations Intern in New York City — paid internship ($20–$25/hr) supporting PR logistics, media monitoring and sample management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistical coordination for domestic and international photo shoots.
  • Monitor, track and clip media coverage across print and online outlets; identify and report Louis Vuitton mentions.
  • Compile press coverage recaps and deliver presentations for internal reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing samples and Paris loans using Fashion GPS; input new sample information and keep reference documents up to date.
  • Coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure timely sample transfers and prepare shipment invoices for outbound shipments to Paris.
  • Ensure the showroom’s presentation and organisation meet brand standards.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and ad hoc special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree related to communications, public relations, fashion, marketing or a similar field.
  • Able and willing to work on-site at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan and commit to a six-month, full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) internship.
  • Legally authorised to work in the United States.
  • Highly organised, data-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong aptitude for rapidly learning and using new databases and software; reliable written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Entry-level — no professional experience required. Prior internships or coursework in fashion, public relations or communications are advantageous.
