Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Americas PR team (Men’s and Women’s) with analytics, reporting and general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and track press clippings across fashion, corporate, beauty, celebrity and influencer coverage.
  • Manage DMR rankings, produce weekly and monthly reports, and deliver competitive and brand analysis across print, web and social media.
  • Collaborate with local and international communications teams to produce internal and external reports and presentations (e.g., Share of Voice analysis, Editorial Briefings, Weekly Press Recaps, Show and Event Reporting).
  • Maintain and update communications department contact lists and the magazine/archive resources.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for brand image events and press days as required.
  • Act as primary liaison for reporting and analytics platforms including DMR, Muckrack and Wearisma.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in public relations and/or administrative roles supporting communications or media teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build productive relationships across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with industry tools: DMR, Muckrack and Wearisma.
  • Highly detail-oriented, exceptionally organized and service‑oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on-site four days per week at the Louis Vuitton corporate office in Midtown Manhattan.

Experience

Entry-level: 1+ years in public relations, communications or administrative support roles, with hands-on exposure to media monitoring and media analytics/reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field preferred.
