Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in defining the SAP Academy and associated services.
  • Design and implement a platform for hosting training and learning content, integrating it with Louis Campus.
  • Develop learning paths combining e-learning, in-person training, digital events, and podcasts.
  • Create and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules using modern educational tools.
  • Facilitate and monitor the platform, track learners, and evaluate the effectiveness of training modules.
  • Promote and encourage the use of the new platform by learners.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) in project management, human resources, or a related field.

Skills

Interest in training, skills development, and change management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Initiative and autonomy. Proficiency in IT tools and online training platforms.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in project management, human resources, or a related field.
