Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the launch, construction, and development of color animation projects, ensuring proper planning and adherence to deadlines while meeting stylistic expectations and maintaining the Maison's quality standards.
  • Assist in coordinating the transfer of permanent products between the Florence atelier and other LV production sites globally, respecting lead times.
  • Support the project team in material requests and launching dummies for the production of initial industrial pieces and quality testing, as well as maintaining, following up, and continuously improving various files and reports.
  • Aid the team in continuous process improvement projects with other departments to enhance workflow.
  • Collaborate in the creation of a standard process for managing the transfer of permanent products.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, analysis, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Degree preferably in technical, economic, or fashion-related fields.
  • Experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury leather goods production and knowledge of relevant raw materials.
  • Good proficiency in French and English.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably 3D CAD software. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Team-building and engagement capabilities. Strong process management and resource coordination skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Experience

Entry-level experience, ideally through internships in product development.

Education

Degree preferably in technical, economic, or fashion-related fields.
