Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and animate the Demande de Modification (DM) process across all milestones, mobilizing central teams and production ateliers to ensure timely handovers and optimal execution velocity.
  • Act as the liaison between manufacturing ateliers and central functions (Quality, Logistics, Finance, Operational Excellence), maintaining up-to-date DM tracking and communicating status to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyse monthly DM performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, propose prioritisation, and drive corrective actions to improve process throughput.
  • Facilitate RETEX (lessons‑learned) sessions with ateliers and central teams to capture insights and feed continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support decision-making on DM implementation dates by consolidating inputs on supplier availability, technical feasibility, actor synchronisation and material impact, and ensure visibility of decisions to all parties.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a master-level programme (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with a project‑management mindset and a clear sense of priorities.
  • Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret process performance data and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven capacity to interact with diverse internal stakeholders across ateliers and central teams.
  • Curious and agile mentality with initiative to propose process improvements and new working methods.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience
