Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and market introduction of new products, ensuring objectives related to style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantities are met.
  • Coordinate and animate the project team, including Product Managers, Style Coordinators, and Quality Assurance, to achieve project objectives.
  • Communicate and ensure decision-making throughout the project lifecycle to maintain appropriate buffer levels.
  • Define and validate project objectives with the project team.
  • Initiate and manage task networks via CCPM.
  • Ensure the reliability of information necessary for project launch strategy.
  • Verify adherence to style, technical, and quality specifications throughout the project.
  • Finalize technical data including nomenclature, packaging, and after-sales service.
  • Propose tools to automate tasks and participate in the improvement and standardization of existing business processes.
  • Deliver industrial nomenclatures under PLM, maintain a reliable task network, and ensure timely Go Prod and Referencing.
  • Provide reliable and concise alerts and information (quantitative, qualitative).
  • Conduct risk analysis and ensure resolution by project end.
  • Develop sustainable operational procedures for tools implemented during the internship.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
  • Student at Bac+4/+5 level.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Product sensitivity in leather goods and quality. Project management mindset with prioritization and analytical skills. Curiosity, agility, and strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree at Bac+4/+5 level in a relevant field.
