Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of leather goods artisans, ensuring their versatility and skill development.
- Oversee the production process within the assigned section to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement necessary actions for smooth production operations.
- Monitor production KPIs and ensure adherence to the production plan.
- Propose and implement improvement actions to achieve production objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in the setup of new production lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within an industrial setting is required.
