Louis Vuitton is hiring a Production Supervisor in Barberà del Vallès, Spain to lead a leather goods atelier team (Full‑time, on‑site).

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of leather artisans, ensuring multi‑skilling and operational resilience within the section.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day production activities for the assigned section, ensuring adherence to the production plan.
  • Monitor production KPIs and take corrective action to meet output, quality and delivery targets.
  • Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance and other departments to resolve bottlenecks and implement process adjustments.
  • Propose, implement and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal quality standards at all stages of production.
  • Participate in the setup and ramp‑up of new production lines, including line balancing and operator training.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report on performance to site management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in leather goods production, with proven supervisory responsibility.
  • Demonstrable expertise in leather assembly processes and production line management.
  • Solid experience using production KPIs and production planning tools to manage output.
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement (efficiency, quality and safety).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach artisans and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Experience

At least 3 years' experience in a leather goods or footwear production environment with hands‑on supervisory duties, including line management, KPI ownership and continuous improvement projects.
