Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and artisans to deliver high-quality repairs on Louis Vuitton leather goods.
  • Ensure effective training and development of the production team to meet client needs and performance standards.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety and quality, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent within the department.
  • Develop and enforce system policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor departmental performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Allocate necessary resources to support departmental objectives.
  • Review and optimize work instructions to improve processes.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments and global counterparts to benchmark best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a management role.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in analytical and decision-making skills. Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations. Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Windows software.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a production or client services environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
