Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and artisans to deliver high-quality repairs on Louis Vuitton leather goods.
- Ensure effective training and development of the production team to meet client needs and performance standards.
- Cultivate a culture of safety and quality, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent within the department.
- Develop and enforce system policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor departmental performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Allocate necessary resources to support departmental objectives.
- Review and optimize work instructions to improve processes.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments and global counterparts to benchmark best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a management role.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a production or client services environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
