Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and analyze data from dashboards.
  • Manage scheduling and planning activities.
  • Organize team activities, including meeting preparations and event organization.
  • Coordinate and prepare for visitor arrivals.
  • Participate in HSE routines with an associated improvement plan, including ISO 14001 audits.
  • Support production management and update production standards.
  • Assist team leaders and their deputies with training, field tours, and integration.
  • Collaborate with various site departments for cross-functional management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong organizational and listening skills. Attention to detail and adaptability. Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration. Curiosity and eagerness to work in a demanding environment.

Experience

Ideally, candidates should have some experience in an industrial setting, although beginners are welcome.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
