Product Industrialization Technician
Louis Vuitton in Issoudun seeks a Product Industrialization Technician (alternance) to support product development and industrialisation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and document industrialisation methods and work instructions to move prototypes into production readiness.
- Act as guarantor of industrialisation during product ramp‑up, coordinating between development teams and production ateliers.
- Monitor and improve in‑series product performance, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Integrate health, safety and environmental requirements into new product development and industrial processes.
- Lead two designated projects: securing the BPC of the industrial process and performing value‑analysis to identify cost optimisation levers.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+2/3 programme (engineering school, business school or equivalent) and eligible for alternance (apprenticeship) placement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical tasks and project timelines.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across development and production teams.
- Curious, proactive and adaptable, with a disposition to propose improvements and take initiative.
- Commitment to on‑site work at the Issoudun – Condé facility and to the alternance rhythm (3 weeks in company / 1 week in school).

Experience
Entry‑level; suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required beyond current academic training.
Education
Bac+2/3 (two‑ to three‑year post‑secondary diploma) in engineering, industrial engineering, business or equivalent; currently enrolled and eligible for alternance.
