Role & Responsibilities
- Propose and implement improvements on existing and new logistics processes.
- Conduct critical analyses of current operations.
- Create, simplify, and optimize operational procedures.
- Organize reconfigurations and zoning.
- Enhance workplace ergonomics and disseminate best practices.
- Lead projects to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
- Estimate potential gains and plan resource allocation.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate stakeholders.
- Achieve targeted gains and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Student in engineering school (Bac +4/5) specializing in industrial methods or Lean Management.
- Passion for logistics and industrial optimization.
- Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, DMAIC, 5P, 5M, VSM).
- Proficiency in English.
