Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Project Manager on Savoir‑Rêver and Les Extraordinaires events: coordinate the global event calendar across regions, track the annual budget and consolidate action plans and event presentations.
- Develop post‑event analysis and reporting, produce guidelines and create standardized PowerPoint and Excel templates to ensure consistency across zones.
- Contribute to event logistics and client handling, including F&B, client animations and bespoke in‑store activations.
- Collaborate on Top Clients projects: deepen knowledge of the global Top 100 client profiles and coordinate their follow‑up with regional teams.
- Design and orchestrate ultra‑personalised client experiences for events and exceptional orders, prioritising requests and liaising with stakeholders.
- Work with CRM teams to process and analyse client data; produce benchmarks, presentations and newsletters to support commercial and client strategies.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme (business school or university) with a specialisation in Marketing or Communication and seeking an end‑of‑studies internship.
- Rigorous, highly organised, reactive and motivated with strong interpersonal skills and availability for client‑facing activities.
- Autonomous, mature and proactive; demonstrates a passion for luxury and client experience.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Entry‑level — suitable for final‑year Master students. No prior professional experience required; internships or project experience in luxury, events or client relations is a plus.
