Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and documentation support to the Private Client Relations (PCR) team, including PO creation, vendor setup and monthly T&E tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, trackers and internal documents; ensure compliance with finance and internal policies.
  • Support logistical coordination and on-the-ground execution for local and international client events, liaising with vendors for gifting, treatments and event supplies.
  • Communicate and follow up with store teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth event and client operations.
  • Act as operational backup to PCR managers during peak periods and provide timely administrative assistance as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in operations, coordination or administrative support.
  • Working-level fluency in English.
  • High level of accuracy, strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Available for a short-term, immediate start (dispatched 3-month assignment).
  • Comfortable working on-site in Seoul and liaising with stores, vendors and internal teams.

Experience

Entry-level: previous experience in operations, coordination or administrative support is preferred; candidates should be able to operate independently under direction and manage multiple priorities during peak periods.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, communications or a related discipline preferred.
