Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and documentation support to the Private Client Relations (PCR) team.
- Assist in the creation of purchase orders, vendor setup, and monthly tracking of travel and expenses.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and internal documents, ensuring compliance with financial and internal policies.
- Support the execution of local and international events, coordinating logistics, schedules, and materials.
- Liaise with vendors for gifting, treatments, and event supplies.
- Facilitate communication and follow-ups with store teams.
- Provide operational backup to PCR managers during peak periods.
- Support cross-team communication among stores, offices, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.

Beginner level experience in a similar role is required.
