Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and documentation support to the Private Client Relations (PCR) team.
  • Assist in the creation of purchase orders, vendor setup, and monthly tracking of travel and expenses.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and internal documents, ensuring compliance with financial and internal policies.
  • Support the execution of local and international events, coordinating logistics, schedules, and materials.
  • Liaise with vendors for gifting, treatments, and event supplies.
  • Facilitate communication and follow-ups with store teams.
  • Provide operational backup to PCR managers during peak periods.
  • Support cross-team communication among stores, offices, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.

Skills

Fluency in English at a working level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Availability for short-term or immediate start.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a similar role is required.
