Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily press sample send-outs and manage all press requests across 250+ UK publications per season.
  • Liaise with Paris, New York, and global markets to confirm looks and resolve logistics issues.
  • Supervise sample inventory, ensuring tracking, returns, and maintenance.
  • Manage press office showroom presentation and prepare key looks for press and celebrity appointments.
  • Monitor, archive, and report on editorial coverage; track competitors and share insights with internal teams and HQ.
  • Develop launch action plans and pitch editorial stories to secure strong product coverage.
  • Handle UK press enquiries and draft press materials when required.
  • Support celebrity fittings, gifting, store pulls, and dressing communications.
  • Maintain and update press and celebrity databases; nurture key media relationships.
  • Coordinate press days, in-house events, Irish press appointments, and support Paris Fashion Week logistics.
  • Collaborate with international media agencies to align PR strategy and drive editorial results.

Qualifications

  • Experience ideally within the luxury market.
  • An interest and enthusiasm for fashion and contemporary art.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, ideally within the luxury market.
