Role & Responsibilities
- Organise and manage press shoppings for France and international markets, including lookbooks, packing, shipping and returns, and adherence to security procedures.
- Draft and pitch media angles for special communications subjects (e.g. Celebration moments & online initiatives).
- Monitor media coverage (print and online) across French and international outlets and produce daily and monthly press reviews covering print, online and social media.
- Maintain and update the press clippings database and press contact listings; support press reporting and post-event analyses (rankings, COMEX summaries).
- Act as press interface for France and assigned international markets, coordinating requests for visuals, captions and product information.
- Support preparation, proofreading and online publication of press kits via epresspack.
- Coordinate logistics for press travel and events: hospitality (tickets, hotels, transport), rooming lists and journalist planning; prepare and deploy welcome packs (calligraphy, packaging, shipping and installation).
- Liaise daily with marketing, events and celebrity relations teams to ensure seamless communications execution.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Master's programme in communications, marketing, business or equivalent university course (required for alternance).
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- First experience in press/PR or within a luxury Maison is desirable.
- Familiarity with online media monitoring and press clipping processes.
- Sensitivity to watchmaking/horology and interest in luxury timepieces.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Proactive mindset, autonomy, good interpersonal skills and team orientation.

Entry-level — candidate should be a Master’s student seeking an apprenticeship. Prior internships or short-term experience in press relations, communication or within a luxury house are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's-level studies in communications, marketing, business or equivalent university programme (required for alternance).
