PR Intern
Louis Vuitton — PR Intern in Shanghai: 6‑month, 4 days/week internship supporting Art & Cultural PR, PPT production, research and event coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support Art & Cultural initiatives in China in collaboration with Louis Vuitton HQ, including on‑site event coordination and operational assistance.
- Monitor Chinese art and cultural trends, competitor activity and market shifts; compile weekly intelligence reports for internal teams and HQ.
- Design and produce high‑quality PowerPoint decks and visual presentations for internal reviews and headquarters reporting; organize visual assets and data.
- Manage administrative and operational tasks: scheduling, expense report processing, file archiving and bilingual translation/proofreading.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of materials for events and executive reviews.
Qualifications
- Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
- Advanced PowerPoint design skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities with attention to cultural context.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Available to commit to a 4 days/week, 6‑month on‑site internship in Shanghai.
Skills
Experience
Open to current students or recent graduates; prior internship or project experience in PR, communications, cultural institutions, arts programming or luxury retail is advantageous. A portfolio or samples demonstrating PowerPoint design and research work is desirable.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed degree in Communications, Public Relations, Art History, Cultural Studies, Marketing or a related discipline.
