Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily sample arrangements for media shootings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
  • Draft and distribute press releases to maintain consistent brand visibility.
  • Coordinate media shooting schedules, aligning with brand objectives and timelines.
  • Proactively pitch media outlets to secure coverage and enhance brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure integrated communication and brand messaging.
  • Compile and analyze PR performance and coverage to generate insights and reports for the team and management.
  • Support the execution of various PR programs and events, ensuring flawless implementation and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a brand or PR agency.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of the brand’s ethos, luxury fashion culture, and current trends in womenswear.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Skills

Media relations and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving with a calm, solution-oriented approach. Proactive, creative thinking with the ability to bring fresh perspectives into PR strategies.

Experience

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a brand or PR agency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
