PR & Communications Advisor
Louis Vuitton seeks a PR & Communications Advisor in Madrid (hybrid). Internship (contrato de prácticas) supporting talent relations, social media and performance reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution of influencer and celebrity activations, including press shoots, product placements, events and talent dressings.
- Coordinate showroom sample loans and returns with accurate tracking and reporting; liaise with internal teams to ensure timely logistics (experience with Launchmetrics is a plus).
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with talent agencies, stylists and key industry contacts; provide on-site support during activations and events.
- Monitor social media KPIs and follow up on metrics to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence across platforms.
- Track influencer collaborations and digital placements, ensuring accurate documentation and performance attribution.
- Analyse performance and impact of PR, talent and digital initiatives using tools such as Lefty and Talkwalker, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Deliver general administrative and coordination support to the PR & Communications team serving the Mediterranean zone.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations or a closely related field.
- Eligible for a 'contrato de prácticas' (recent graduate having obtained an official degree within the last three years).
- Previous practical experience in PR, communications or a media agency is highly desirable; prior involvement with influencer or talent activations preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.

Experience
Recent graduate level with some professional exposure to PR, communications or media activities; prior hands-on experience in a similar role or within a media agency is desirable. The position is structured as a trainee/internship (contrato de prácticas) with practical responsibilities across talent relations, social and performance reporting.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR; degree must have been awarded within the last three years to be eligible for a 'contrato de prácticas'.
