Role & Responsibilities
- Train new team members and ensure the sustainability of skills.
- Validate system access requests and manage profile modifications and deactivations.
- Audit training pathways and develop key performance indicators.
- Create and translate missing training materials.
- Propose and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance training materials.
- Monitor system evolution requests and co-manage the testing plan for system updates.
- Test and validate certain system updates.
- Communicate system updates to relevant departments.
- Administer tool configurations based on user requests.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
- Student at Bac+4/+5 level.
