Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively support the Store Manager in daily operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Retail Performance Management and Supply Chain teams.
  • Manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) within the area of responsibility.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying growth potential in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
  • Assist in organizing customer events.
  • Lead, plan, and develop staff using various personnel development tools.
  • Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Several years of professional experience with leadership responsibilities.

Skills

Strong organizational and planning skills with a high service orientation. Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach. Outstanding analytical skills and a performance-driven work ethic. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, including leadership roles.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
