Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the operations team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching.
- Maintain seamless back-of-house operations to support selling teams and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and controls to maximize product availability and enhance client experience.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective management.
- Conduct internal audits and improve back-of-house processes.
- Monitor and manage the operations budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver store operational and commercial results.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a retail operations management role is required.
