Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate store operation coverage.
  • Oversee uniform distribution and maintenance to uphold employee appearance standards.
  • Monitor attendance management and address any irregularities.
  • Handle store administrative tasks, including document organization and data entry.
  • Manage complex operational tasks such as merchandise handling and special orders.
  • Participate in system troubleshooting and ensure proper execution of opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Lead communication with malls and vendors during store renovations or new launches.
  • Assist in organizing regional marketing events and meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
  • Enhance customer experience by addressing feedback and optimizing service processes.
