Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the international coordination of Louis Vuitton’s culinary community and contribute to the rollout of standardized operational procedures.
  • Conduct market analyses and competitor benchmarking within the luxury hospitality and gastronomy sector.
  • Contribute to the development of the culinary offer and monitor procurement and ordering processes to ensure conformity with brand quality standards.
  • Maintain, optimise and document existing reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) and sales reporting workflows.
  • Collect, cleanse and integrate operational data; design and build interactive dashboards and visualisations to inform decision‑making.
  • Provide analytical support to sales, distribution and chocolate production planning processes.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects across Hospitality, IT and Supply‑Chain according to profile and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 / Master's programme in Hospitality, Business, Data Science, Supply Chain, Management or a closely related field.
  • Strong interest in luxury hospitality, food & beverage and brand experience.
  • Proven proficiency with data tools: Excel, SQL, Python and Power BI.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); professional French skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical rigour, autonomy, organisation and a refined sense of synthesis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within an international, cross‑functional environment.

Experience

Entry‑level internship. Academic projects or prior internships demonstrating practical use of Excel, SQL, Python and Power BI are expected; no extensive professional experience required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Hospitality, Business, Data Science, Supply Chain, Management or related discipline.
