Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with HR and regulatory procedures.
  • Coordinate with general services and accounting to ensure the accuracy of administrative and financial data.
  • Contribute to the organization of internal events such as meetings, workshops, and seminars, including logistical arrangements and operational follow-up.
  • Monitor participant satisfaction and report qualitative indicators when necessary.
  • Handle purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, oversee deliveries, and manage budget tracking.
  • Establish KPIs for purchase monitoring, including processing times, budget adherence, and service quality.
  • Regularly update HR and logistics dashboards to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Serve as an interface between management control and project managers.
  • Occasionally manage the director's schedule, coordinate meetings, and distribute minutes to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
  • Studying at a Bac+4/+5 level.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability. Excellent time management abilities. Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and initiative-driven.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Pursuing a degree at Bac+4/+5 level in business, engineering, or a related field.
