Louis Vuitton in Naples seeks an Occupational Safety Assistant (ASPP) & General Services Coordinator — permanent on-site role supporting safety and facilities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the RSPP in implementing and maintaining the company’s occupational health and safety system in compliance with D.Lgs. 81/2008.
- Identify workplace hazards, participate in the preparation and periodic update of the DVR (Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi) and analyse incidents and near-misses.
- Propose preventive and corrective measures, contribute to safety procedures and support selection and adoption of appropriate DPI.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor correct use of personal protective equipment and adherence to internal safety rules.
- Organise and support safety training and awareness activities for employees and participate in safety meetings and information sessions.
- Maintain and update safety documentation, support audits and inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including RSPP, medico competente, datore di lavoro, RLS and HR.
- Manage general services and maintenance activities for offices and production areas, oversee supplies (stationery, workwear, DPI) and vendor relationships.
- Support contracting and vendor management within assigned budget, oversee service agreements and monitor operational KPIs for machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma; technical degree or equivalent preferred.
- ASPP training completed: Modulo A (basic) and Modulo B (specific risk training).
- Sound knowledge of Italian health & safety legislation, specifically D.Lgs. 81/2008.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in occupational safety, maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong organisational, analytical and documentation skills; ability to manage vendors and procurement within budget.

Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health & safety, EHS support or facilities/general services coordination, preferably within manufacturing, production or a retail/luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma; technical degree or university qualification preferred.
