Role & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity.
- Define requirements for production equipment and tooling.
- Participate in the implementation of production lines, adhering to budget and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on specific projects.
- Contribute to the industrialization of new products.
- Propose sustainable solutions to reduce site repairs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality.
- Ideally, previous experience in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methods (DMAIC, MRP, 5 Whys).
- Strong interest in the industrial environment.
- Excellent listening, organizational, and rigorous work skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable to a demanding environment.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality.
