Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the production workshop and integrate into production routines.
  • Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for manufacturing process issues.
  • Prioritize and manage production-related actions in collaboration with the Production Manager and according to company priorities.
  • Manage product and process modification requests within the sector.
  • Oversee the prototyping phase and update production ranges, articles, and nomenclatures using Windchill/SAP.
  • Develop and update manufacturing plans using CREO and design tooling, ensuring their procurement and validation in the workshop.
  • Create industrialization dossiers while meeting quality, timeline, and cost objectives.
  • Develop and enhance team standards, including target ranges and model plans.
  • Participate in production improvement projects such as 5S and visual management.
  • Lead or contribute to projects related to the implementation of new processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, with mandatory experience in horology.

Skills

Expertise in horological industrialization, including movement, assembly, and casing processes for both series production and development. Proficiency in CAD tools (CREO) and PLM systems (preferably Windchill). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and a strong initiative.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, with mandatory experience in horology.
