Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to enhancing production capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S.
- Define requirements for production equipment and tooling, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and timelines.
- Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
- Assist in defining production processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
- Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leatherworkers in the assigned sector.
- Contribute to reducing the manufacturing cost of high-value products.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent program (industrial engineering, methods, continuous improvement).
- Interest in industrial optimization.
- Knowledge or interest in Lean tools (5S, VSM, PDCA).

Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
