Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the enhancement of production capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S.
- Define production equipment and tooling needs, and implement manufacturing lines within budgetary and time constraints.
- Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
- Assist in defining production processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
- Engage in daily interactions with team leaders and leather workers in the assigned sector.
- Contribute to the cost improvement of high-value-added products.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an engineering school or equivalent program with a focus on industrial engineering, methods, or continuous improvement.
