Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product portfolio by store: coordinate sales objectives and action plans between LV Paris and the China network; provide stores with product information, sales strategies and selling techniques.
  • Oversee assortment planning and stock quality: review and adapt offers per store, ensure adequate replenishment of permanent items and ordering of seasonal ranges.
  • Define and implement product launch strategies and sales animation: assist department heads in launch planning, follow up CRM initiatives and organise product‑related CRM events.
  • Deliver commercial analysis and reporting: report quantitative business metrics to management and provide market intelligence on sales, prices, consumer behaviour, trends and competition.
  • Coordinate with Logistics to secure on‑time delivery and appropriate product allocation across the network.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure consistent, sales‑efficient in‑store displays that respect the brand’s image and VM guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Merchandising or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of merchandising experience in luxury retail, ideally with leather goods or fashion categories.
  • Proven ability to translate assortment strategy into store‑level plans and to manage replenishment cycles and stock quality.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience producing sales reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to coordinate with HQ, logistics, VM and retail teams.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and strong professional English to liaise with LV Paris and regional teams.

Experience

At least 3–5 years of hands‑on merchandising experience within luxury retail or premium fashion, with demonstrated success in assortment management, product launches and coordination between regional markets and HQ.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
