Role & Responsibilities
- Define the right product portfolio and assist in setting sales objectives and action plans for accessories.
- Coordinate sales-related issues between Louis Vuitton Paris and the China network.
- Provide stores with product information, sales strategies, and selling techniques.
- Manage and adapt the product offer by store, ensuring stock quality and adequate replenishment of permanent and seasonal items.
- Report on quantitative aspects of the business to the management team.
- Assist in formulating and coordinating launching plans and CRM strategies for new products.
- Organize product-related CRM events and implement action plans to achieve company objectives.
- Gather and provide market information on sales, products, prices, consumer behaviors, trends, and competition.
- Cooperate with the logistics team to ensure relevant product distribution.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain efficient in-store display standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
