Louis Vuitton (LVSE) in Brussels seeks a Merchandising Intern to support merchandising for 200+ Client Advisors across 17 countries. On-site internship.

Overview

This position sits within Louis Vuitton Services Europe (LVSE), the operational arm that supports the Maison’s client services across EMEA and operates under the broader LVMH group. LVSE combines heritage savoir‑faire with international-scale service operations to deliver exemplary client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandising team to optimise product performance for 200+ Client Advisors across 17 countries.
  • Manage product-related orders and collaborate with product experts to animate assortments that drive sales.
  • Create client-facing look books and styling propositions showcasing new collections.
  • Act as backup to the Knowledge Coordinator by uploading and creating content on Sharepoint and the Knowledge tool.
  • Contribute to the development of action plans aligned with Maison priorities in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
  • Adapt merchandising tools and content to reflect strategic priorities and local market needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme with a valid internship agreement from the school; Belgian CIP agreement accepted.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to produce clear, concise presentations for stakeholders.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate ideas and findings.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise multiple tasks and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, service‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt to changing priorities and support a diverse, international team.

Experience

Beginner level — suitable for candidates seeking a Bachelor’s or Master’s internship; prior merchandising or retail exposure is beneficial but not required.

Education
