Role & Responsibilities

  • Animate and monitor the store network through regular communication with store teams across eight countries.
  • Participate in the preparation and follow-up of retail activations and store openings.
  • Provide feedback on client behavior, product performance, and competitor insights to EMEA Merchandising teams.
  • Adapt and develop training tools and resources tailored to local needs, such as lookbooks and presentations.
  • Contribute to store training sessions and monthly merchandising calls.
  • Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators and merchandising reports.
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends in the region.
  • Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.

Skills

Strong command of English; knowledge of another regional language such as French, Dutch, Polish, or Nordic languages is advantageous. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Interest in luxury, fashion, and product strategy.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to merchandising or retail environments.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
