Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual budget and targets by product category for each store, ensuring achievement of financial goals.
  • Identify and prioritize key product trends and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure consistency and excellence in merchandising execution across markets.
  • Influence product assortment decisions during buying sessions to align with client demographics and market needs.
  • Drive client strategy through product launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Maintain store standards in line with Louis Vuitton's visual merchandising guidelines to maximize sales performance.
  • Support and coach store teams in implementing business priorities and achieving sales targets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a retail environment with regional exposure.

Skills

Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative. High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player. Adaptability and flexibility to embrace new ideas and procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a retail environment with regional exposure is required.
