Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Complete an 18–24 month HORIZONS rotational programme comprising four rotations: Client Advisor Journey, Retail Excellence Journey, Headquarters Immersion and Management Journey.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences on the sales floor: welcome clients, advise across product categories and drive business through effective floor management and sales leadership.
  • Develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and assist store management with daily clienteling operations.
  • Contribute to a head office project during the Headquarters Immersion (3–6 months) to gain cross-functional exposure.
  • Lead and motivate store teams during the Management Journey: set individual and team objectives, recruit and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager, and proactively manage performance and expectations.
  • Engage with the HORIZONS community and senior mentorship to follow a tailored developmental path and accelerate leadership readiness.
  • Be prepared for local and international relocation as required by the programme.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' professional experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
  • Mandatory mobility: willingness to relocate locally and internationally throughout the programme.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive, people-centric style and an aptitude for coaching and developing others.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills; client-focused mindset and results orientation.

Experience

At least 3 years' experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility, client relationship management and leadership potential.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification in business, hospitality, retail management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
