Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a rotational program across Retail and Corporate functions to gain comprehensive operational experience.
  • Engage in hands-on client interactions and manage team and project initiatives within the Retail function.
  • Collaborate with Client Relations & Experience, Retail Operations, and other retail teams to enhance client journeys.
  • Contribute to diverse Corporate projects, gaining exposure through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Complete a structured program consisting of Retail & Client Discovery, Business Exposure, and Store Management Expedition stages.
  • Participate in regional projects and build a foundation for future leadership roles in Store Management.

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury retail and the Louis Vuitton brand.
  • Interest in building a career in luxury retail management.
  • Fresh graduate or less than five years of working experience.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is strongly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Accountability and self-motivation. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change. Resilience and confidence in dynamic environments.

Experience

Education
