Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in retail and corporate rotations to gain comprehensive operational experience.
  • Engage with clients and manage team and project initiatives in the retail function.
  • Collaborate with Client Relations & Experience and Retail Operations to enhance client journeys.
  • Contribute to diverse corporate projects for cross-functional exposure.
  • Complete a structured program comprising Retail & Client Discovery, Business Exposure, and Store Management Expedition stages.
  • Engage in regional projects and participate in a community of Retail Management Trainees across North Asia.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the luxury retail industry and the Louis Vuitton brand.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Chinese or Korean preferred.
  • Fresh graduate or less than five years of work experience.
