Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 24-month rotational program across retail and corporate functions.
  • Engage in hands-on client experience and team management within retail settings.
  • Collaborate with Client Relations & Experience and Retail Operations teams to enhance client journeys.
  • Contribute to diverse corporate projects, gaining exposure to various departments.
  • Develop leadership skills through mentorship from senior leaders and participation in the HORIZONS Global Community.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or with less than five years of working experience.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese or Korean is strongly preferred.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Accountability and self-motivation. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments. Passion for luxury retail and brand enthusiasm.

Experience

Candidates should be fresh graduates or possess less than five years of professional experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
