Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Finance team in monitoring site performance through dissemination and analysis of key indicators (throughput, activity, productivity, repairs, material performance).
- Contribute to monthly closings and performance reviews, including stock levels, produced/delivered hours, absenteeism and activity metrics.
- Prepare monthly forecasts and annual projections of working hours and related KPIs.
- Participate in stock management and ensure inventory integrity.
- Facilitate and animate operational meetings on topics such as repairs, stock control and inventories.
- Design, optimise and automate reporting to improve clarity and usability of indicators for CODIR, team leaders and other stakeholders.
- Lead a core project to stabilise and secure workshop inventories to guarantee stock reliability.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) programme in management control, finance, industrial management or equivalent.
- Strong affinity for data analysis and performance steering.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large datasets.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to propose operational improvements.
- Good communication and presentation skills to convey analyses to non‑financial audiences.

Open to early‑career candidates (beginner). The role is designed for a student in a Bac+4/5 programme seeking a 2‑year alternance/apprenticeship, with hands‑on exposure to site performance controlling and a lead project on inventory reliability.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level programme (Bac+4/5) in management control, finance, industrial management or a closely related discipline.
