Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Maintenance Manager and work in tandem with a Maintenance Technician on daily operational tasks.
  • Use the GMAO to prioritise weekly interventions, log work orders (OT) and maintain accurate equipment records.
  • Manage the installed base of production machines on the shopfloor and within the GMAO.
  • Modify and adapt assembly workstations on production lines to improve ergonomics and productivity.
  • Participate actively in line movements, including planned stops and restarts.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and small repairs on production machinery under supervision.
  • Control and replenish spare parts stock; support inventory management for maintenance components.
  • Contribute to team meetings, propose process or technical improvements and take ownership of a transverse project with growing autonomy.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a BTS or DUT in Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent, via an alternance (work‑study) contract.
  • Curious, proactive and motivated to propose efficiency and reliability improvements for equipment.
  • Good manual dexterity and practical aptitude for mechanical and electrical tasks.
  • Organised, able to prioritise tasks and maintain accurate records in a maintenance management system.
  • Team player with the capacity to gain autonomy and lead a cross‑functional initiative over time.

Experience
