Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily air shipment processes for merchandise products, coordinating with duty-free operators.
  • Execute inbound and outbound shipment processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy of movement, status, and documentation.
  • Coordinate CITES application requests with vendors for applicable products and follow up on approval status.
  • Track daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery and support issuance of tax invoices for wholesale sales.
  • Support return shipment processing in line with central and zone-level strategies.
  • Oversee import, shipment, and delivery of non-merchandise items in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Provide support for store stock claims and handle cases by stock type.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
  • Monitor price updates with stores.
  • Manage the destruction of obsolete, defective, and shop-soiled stock within the SAP system and scheduling coordination.
  • Monitor non-sellable stock and assist in preparing annual destruction planning.
  • Support monthly store inventory status reviews and basic analysis.
  • Consolidate monthly wholesale sales data for closing and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the monthly closing process with vendors, including freight forwarders and customs agents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of logistics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Skills

Proficiency in SAP systems. Strong command of English. Knowledge of import and export processes. Ability to adapt quickly to diverse and inclusive environments.

Experience

A minimum of five years in logistics, with experience in the retail industry preferred but not mandatory.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher.
