Louis Vuitton seeks a Logistics Manager, Watches in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead warehouse, import/export and team operations at La Fabrique du Temps.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guarantee operational excellence across all logistics activities (warehouse operations, order administration/ADV, import/export, stock management, order preparation, shipments, transport, customs, CITES compliance and invoicing) for B2B and B2C finished goods, selected upstream components and after‑sales flows.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and establish transparent, reliable warehouse reporting and stock controls.
  • Lead, develop and organise a logistics team (approx. 4 people): set objectives, manage workloads, conduct performance and development reviews, drive training and recruitment, and participate in salary reviews.
  • Define priorities, allocate resources and maintain team engagement in a demanding, high‑pressure environment while fostering collaboration and employee development.
  • Perform diagnostic reviews of existing logistics processes and systems, build and steer a roadmap for continuous improvement and pilot transformation projects, including potential WMS implementation.
  • Design and implement a three‑year strategic logistics vision aligned with growth and diversification objectives.
  • Deploy and animate key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service levels, safety, timeliness and cost control, and implement corrective and preventive actions to safeguard products and personnel.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an engineering school or university.
  • Minimum five years of progressive experience in logistics, operations or supply chain roles with responsibility for people management and project delivery.
  • Proven knowledge of import/export procedures, customs formalities and CITES requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and implementing logistics strategy and operational improvement roadmaps (WMS experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate small specialist teams and manage performance under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change‑management capabilities.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, operations or supply chain management with responsibility for team leadership and operational projects; prior exposure to luxury goods or horology operations is highly desirable.
