Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage alerts from clients and suppliers, resolving non-conformities promptly.
  • Participate in regular meetings with suppliers to ensure product specifications are met and explore improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct conformity checks against the technical and durability standards required by the Maison.
  • Perform regular visits to suppliers to verify technical and process characteristics throughout the production cycle.
  • Evaluate product defects and propose technical adjustments.
  • Compile qualitative and quantitative reports on inspections conducted and provide insights on non-conformities.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree.
  • Previous technical experience in the leather goods sector.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Analytical skills for KPI collection and interpretation. Proficiency in English and/or French at a B2 level. Strong problem-solving orientation and communication skills. Willingness to travel for short business trips.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control within the leather goods industry.

Education

Technical diploma or degree required.
