Role & Responsibilities
- Support leather developers in the homologation process for new leather references and transformations, including dossier preparation and archiving.
- Conduct tests on new leather references or transformations, manage laboratory requests, track timelines, follow up, analyze results, and share findings with developers.
- Ensure quarterly updates of the Color Libraries for various leathers and oversee the masterization and storage of new master skins in collaboration with developers.
- Participate in New Product Projects within the Men's division, managing the development process of new materials including risk analysis, pre-industrialization, project management, and supplier visits.
- Support the Leather Division in working groups to characterize leathers, organizing and monitoring test campaigns, and compiling and analyzing data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects based on current design needs.
Qualifications
- Pursuing an engineering degree.
- Interest in the luxury fashion industry.

Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
