Role & Responsibilities
- Provide design leadership for transactional and client services, overseeing an external team of 3–4 digital designers and fostering a strong design culture.
- Define and drive the evolution of key customer journeys including checkout, order tracking & management, customer profile & account area, and omnichannel services.
- Establish and operationalise effective collaboration methods between Design, Product Management and other stakeholders to ensure coherent delivery.
- Develop a consistent omnichannel approach that harmonises the e‑commerce site, mobile application and in‑store experiences.
- Adopt a data‑driven methodology: leverage analytics and user insights to prioritise work, measure impact and optimise designed experiences.
- Integrate AI tools into design workflows to accelerate asset production, generate creative variations, prototype rapidly and scale AI‑assisted practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in digital design (UX/UI, Product Design) with demonstrated ownership of e‑commerce journeys.
- Proven experience within the luxury, premium or high‑end retail sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring design teams or external design partners.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational delivery skills, excellent facilitation capabilities and a collaborative mindset.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in digital/product design, including substantial exposure to e‑commerce and luxury or premium brands.
Education
Degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Communication or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.
