Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and work closely with new product teams, support functions, and manufacturing units.
  • Implement and manage the tracking and animation dashboard for new product KPIs.
  • Co-lead new product routines with upstream/downstream project managers.
  • Participate in the implementation of the development area in partnership with development references.
  • Define the appropriate interface and timing for the transition between upstream and downstream projects with project managers.
  • Formalize procedures for the launch of new products, including color variations and raw material flow management.
  • Manage scheduling and improve communication tools, including production launch and start-up schedules.
  • Standardize project tracking tools, such as dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent, specializing in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality.
  • Ideally, some experience in an industrial environment.

Skills

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong listening, organizational, and meticulous skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, autonomy, and curiosity.

Experience

Entry-level position, ideally with some industrial experience.

Education

Engineering degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
