Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and launch of jewelry collections, ensuring strategic alignment and market impact.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing strategies and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Development, Creation, Communication, and Merchandising.
  • Develop and execute marketing briefs and creative briefs.
  • Validate design drawings in collaboration with the Creation Studio.
  • Organize project kick-offs and oversee product development from concept to launch.
  • Optimize margins and costs through detailed analysis of quotes.
  • Ensure quality standards and launch timelines are met.
  • Contribute to the creation of 360° launch packages, including communication concepts and storytelling.
  • Develop communication assets and commercial content for training purposes.
  • Conduct performance analysis and competitive market research.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of showrooms and budget presentations.
  • Mentor and guide an intern within the team.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or equivalent university education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Development, excluding internships or apprenticeships.

Skills

Passion for jewelry and a strong product and creative sensibility. Autonomy and proactivity in product offering development. Dynamic and agile, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Meticulous attention to detail to uphold excellence standards. Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and flexibility in diverse interactions. Proficiency in English is essential.

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing development, particularly in the luxury sector.

Education

Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
